Replacement Policy

The Earthlifter Tool company offers a lifetime structural warranty on the product. That means, should any part of the tool fails during the process of reasonable gardening practices such as those illustrated on our website, we will replace it at no cost. Unreasonable attempts to remove something like a large, deeply rooted tree stump, boulders, or similar actions beyond general gardening activities with the Earthlifter invalidates the warranty.

The procedure for effecting a replacement for any defect from our manufacturing under the guidelines of our policy is straightforward. If you believe your EarthLifter tool actually failed as a result of a structural defect, please contact us through our company email address, info@earthlifter.com. We kindly ask that you take a photograph from a few angles of the tool clearly showing the damaged part, and please include a brief description as to how the damage occurred. Provided that the tool was used in the manner described within our website or other promotional materials, we will gladly send you a brand-new replacement at no charge.
